Senator Shehu Sani Reacts To Suspension

Senator Shehu Sani from the All Progressives Congress (APC) has reacted to his suspension from Tudun Wada ward of the ruling party in Kadun state.

Sani was suspended for 11 months and was also barred from engaging in party activities in the state during this period over accusations of committing anti-APC activities and criticizing activities of Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai.

The senator few weeks ago, condemned the Kaduna carnival organised by the state government, blaming the governor for being insensitive to the plight of local people by organising a music festival when the state and the country face economic and security problems.
