Job Title: Bar Sales Manager

Job Description
►Responsible for promoting and maximizing beverage sales in the Bar.
►Follows and ensures that the company standards of service are being adhered.
►Provides prompt, attentive and courteous service to every guest in the assigned station.
►Strives to always up-sell to better quality premium and super-premium products by following wine menu presentation.
►Recommends and suggests beverages when guests ask for assistance in selecting them. Ensures that all drinks are served with the proper garnishes and in the correct glassware.
►In charge of sourcing for potential outdoor event clients and ensuring Blu Breeze is No. 1 Choice for all Outdoor events.
►Creativity in the achievement of Monthly Targets.
Job Requirements
►Minimum OND or equivalent degree.
►Must be between the ages of 24-28years as at Dec. 2014.
►At least 2 years of full time working experience in a fast pace Bar /catering environment.
►Advanced level of cocktail knowledge is an added advantage.
►Basic knowledge of wine service procedures.
►Fluent English mandatory.
►Basic Sales/Marketing Experience.
