In response to the insurance Transformation Agenda of the Federal Government of Nigeria and the 3 years
Market Development Deliverables agreed with the Co-ordinating Minister for the Economy (CME) at the 2014 National Insurance Summit held on 8th December, 2014, we are pleased to announce the following vacancies in our Commercial Retail and Micro-Insurance Segments.

The Vacancies
Captive Franchise Managers - To understand Distribution of insurance at State level under Niger's control

• Alliance Managers - To undertake management of our partner Agents
• Unit Manager - To undertake management of the Risk Advisors
• Risk Advisors - To undertake Marketing, Customer Service etc
• Third Party Administrators - To handle Technical Activities.
• Independent Franchise Managers - To undertake Distribution of insurance as independent Entrepreneurs

Positions Requirement and Remunerations
Captive Franchise Manager (25 Nos.)
At least fifteen (15) years Retail Insurance Marketing experience
15 years experience in Retail Insurance or Brokers account marketing.
Age 40 - 60 years.
Readiness to coordinate the state activities on full time basis

Remuneration
N2.1m per annum plus Productivity Bonus

Job Vacancy - Alliance Manager (16 Nos.)

1st and 2nd Degree in any discipline with track - record of organisational ability and achievement of results.
15 years experience in Retail Insurance or Brokers account marketing.
Age 35 - 45 years.
In-depth knowledge of Insurance Products and Technicalities

Remuneration
N2.1m per annum and official car

Job Vacancy - Unit Manager (16 Nos.)

1st and 2nd degree in any discipline
Minimum of eight (8) years experience in Insurance Agency Management, Financial Service or Consumer Goods Marketing.

Age 35 - 50 years.
Remuneration
N960,000 per annum plus Productivity Bonus

Job Vacancy - Risk Advisor (10,000 Nos.)

1st degree in mass communication, Insurance or the Social Science with very good command of English Language and presentation skills.
Minimum of three(3) years experience
Aged below 30-40years.

Remuneration
N420,000 per annum plus Productivity Bonus

Job Vacancy - Third Party Administration (20 Nos.)

Combined life & General Business Underwriting and claims experience.
Retired at minimum of AGM level in the Technical Dept. of reputation
Underwriting outfit

Age 40-65 years.

Remuneration
Agree fee per policy underwritten and delivered

Job Vacancy - Independent Franchise Manager (75 Nos.)

Potential Investor in Retail insurance Distribution with insurance Broker or independent Agent License and other professional and aggregators ready to operate in the Retail Insurance Segment.
Readiness to provide the infrastructural, Managerial and Human Resource requirement for Retail or Micro-Insurance
Niger to provide Technical Training and Registration support

Remuneration
Commission and Productivity Bonus
All remunerations are subject to meeting the financial and/or employee target applicable to the positions. Each successful candidate on Annual Remuneration Package will enter at Trainee level and serve stipulated period of Probation.
