►Abia State Commissioner for Agriculture, Dr. Ken Nwosu, was on Wednesday night shot by some gunmen.

►The incident, according to the police, occurred around Umuajata/ Amakamma road by Stella Inter-Communication, at the outskirts of Umuahia capital city.

►Police Public Relations Officer, Abia State, Geoffrey Ogbonna, who confirmed the incident, said the Commissioner was driving home around 8.05pm when the incident occurred .
