Appeal Court fails to deliver judgment on Saraki’s Code of Conduct trial

Controversy as appeal court, sitting in Abuja, on Monday reserved judgment on the appeal filed by the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, challenging the jurisdiction of the Code of Conduct Tribunal to try him over false declaration of assets.

JUST IN... Court Postpones Saraki’s Case ‘Indefinitely’

The Abuja Appeal court has indefinitely postponed ruling on the case between the Senate president Bukola Saraki and the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

The court gave no reason for adjournment and to communicate a new date to all parties at a later date.

In September, Saraki had approached the appeal court seeking to stop his trial for supposed false declaration of assets at the CCT.

EFCC Arrests Another Former PDP Gov, Dakingari
