25 Dead, 32 Injured In Zaria Blast

Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, has sympathised with the direct victims of this morning bomb attack on Sabon-Gari local government council secretariat, describing it has “a terrible act of infamy.”  
 
The local government staff from Lere and Ikara were undergoing biometric verification when a bomb was set off, killing 25 persons including a two-year-old child. It was gathered that 32 people, who sustained injuries are being treated at the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria as well as other hospitals in the city.
