Most Wanted Imo Kidnappers Arrested By F-SARS as there was jubilation in Owerri, the Imo State capital, following reports that the operatives of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the State Police Command had arrested two most wanted armed robbers and kidnappers in the state.
