President Goodluck Jonathan has assured that the Nigerian military would take every precaution to avoid collateral damage to lives and properties of civilians as it intensifies its ongoing offensive against Boko Haram.Jonathan gave the commitment, yesterday when he received in audience the new South Korean Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Noh Kyu-Duk.
According to Jonathan, everything possible was being done by the military to avoid human rights violations in the theatre of operations in the North Eastern states.
