Responsibilities
The Country Manager will lead the regional field sales force/team in achieving the sales objectives for the sales area as set in the Customer Marketing Plans and Customer Business Plans. Co-develop field sales force strategy together with Customer Development Director and Managing Director. He/she will also have as responsibilities to:
-Ensure ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performance
-Ensure volume and profitability growth at all customers by increasing market share on existing products and the successful introduction of new products.

It means a dynamic, highly driven individual like you can really show what you can do as part of a cross-functional team. Your job will be to build on our heritage and innovation to drive brand performance and achieve targets in a set territory. You’ll be expected to develop an ambitious plan for your area – and execute it brilliantly – so you’ll be building strong relationships with your trade customers and using these to develop new opportunities.
You’ll also drive the implementation of consumer-targeted campaigns. How about letting people sample Pimm’s on a beautiful summer’s day? Or a Guinness promotion to tie in with the Ireland/England rugby match? Or a Johnnie Walker promotion for Father’s Day? That’s got you thinking, hasn’t it?
All the time, you’ll be gaining an insight into the nation’s drinking habits and making sure our brands are flowing everywhere. So, in a nutshell, we need people who love to sell and want to go places in our business. Persuasive, creative and commercially savvy, you’ll have proven experience of delivering tangible outcomes in Sales environment. Got all that? Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing.
At least years experience in a management role within the FMCG sector.
Experience in brand building.
Experience in a Trade Category Management role is an added advantage.
Strong performance track record in developing and emerging markets.
Excellent communication skills.
