Hard work: Do work by keeps only result in mind and with maximum effort.
HARD WORK depends only on how much effort we put it on the given work.
SMART WORK depends on the intelligence and creativity.
If the person have passion on his work it will become smart-work.
If the person have unpassionate on his work it will become Hard-work.
