Job Description   

Purpose of Role:

 - Drive and implement change in the supply chain to extract cost and ensure improved service levels.
 - Manage and Simplify the ‘back-office’ customer experience across the market, irrespective from where the market is supplied from (OTC and Supply Chain).
 - Ensure high customer service levels across all markets and track performance through BPM and KPI’s.



Top Accountabilities:

Key Outputs
 - Lead the S&OP process across SAEM and Angola to ensure alignment to plans and an effective demand signal
 - Deliver 100% adherence / compliance to KYC and AML policies within markets
 - Delivery of excellent customer service to all IMC’s and third party customers in Africa

Relationships

 - Third party Customers/Agents to understand needs and requirements
 - Commercial teams to understand all commercial drives
 - Finance teams to understand annual financial plans, manage accounts receivable and credit



Job Qualifications and Experience Required:

Job Qualifications
 - Supply Chain related university degree or equivalent experience

Job Experience
 - Strong familiarity with planning and transactional systems
 - High degree of quantitative and analytical skills
 - Proven understanding of Customer service and OTC processes.
 - Wider supply chain understanding is an advantage in S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, and sales cycles

 - A strong personality to enter a team undergoing growth and change, having a desire to develop the Supply Chain and Customer Service agenda
 - Ability to lead analytical and fact based decision making
