BOURBON Offshore DNT recruits a ROV Pilot
Contract: Fixed term contract of one year based in West Africa
Primary Location: NIG-Port Harcourt
Duties & Responsibilities
- Have a minimum of three (3) years experience with ROV offshore operation and maintenance including manipulating operation, with a minimum one (1) year experience from a DP vessel as a ROV pilot;
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of all tasks planned for ROV interventions;
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of HSE;
- Have a comprehensive experience in manipulator operation and with ROV tool system.
Line reporting & functional linkage
You will report directly to ROV Superintendent
Qualifications
Key skills and behaviours
- Enthusiastic
- Team player
- Autonomous
- Communication skills
- Fully manipulator training;
- Have a formal technical education in mechanical, electrical or electronic disciplines;
- Have a formal and documented course held by ROV manufacturer in operation and maintenance of proposed vehicle/system.
Experience: Years experience in Offshore operations and 5 as a ROV Pilot with work class ROVs
English is mandatory
Computer knowledge
Good knowledge of Microsoft office
Education:Technical/mechanical/hydraulic background is asked
