Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacancies in the Delta State  Civil Service:

 
2.(a) Assistant Education Officer Needed.
   (b) Mechanical Officer Needed.
   (c) Superintendents Needed.
   (d) Catering Officer Needed.
   (e) Community Development Inspector Needed.

Salary Grade Levels (07)

2(a)   Assistant Education Officer, SGL 07
National Certificate of Education (NCE)
(b)  Technical Officer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Water Resources, etc.) SGL 07
Full Technological Certificate (Craft) of the City and Guilds Institute of London in the relevant subjects plus at least one year post-qualification cognate experience OR Ordinary National Diploma in the relevant field obtained from a recognized institution plus at least one year post-qualified cognate experience.
(c) (i) Works Superintendent ‘X’, SGL 07/1
Ordinary National Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution plus at least one year post-qualification cognate experience.
(ii) Superintendent of Press, SGL, 07/2
Ordinary National Diploma in Machine Printing, Graphic Arts, Printing Technology or Book-Binding from Yaba College of Technology or any other recognized institution, plus at least two years post qualification cognate experience OR Higher National Diploma in any of the fields mentioned above from a recognized institution.
(d) Catering Officer, SGL 07/1
Certificate in Institutional and Catering Management OR Higher National Diploma in Institutional Management.
(e)     Community Development Inspector, SGL 07/1
Higher National Diploma (HND) in the relevant field.

Method of Application: Interested and qualified candidates who must not be below 15 and not more than 50 years of age should apply on-line at the Commission's website. You are only required to come with your academic credentials, birth certificates, certificates of Local Government of origin and any other relevant document if you shortlisted.

Application Fee: One Thousand Naira Only (N1,000) will be charge for online processing of your application through InterSwitch enabled Cards issued by all banks on the network. The cards accepted include Verve Cards, MasterCard, MasterCard Verve.
