RegCharles Finance and Capital Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:

Vacancy - Accounts Officer
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Responsibilities:

Managing the petty cash float

Maintain cash book and all expense and bank ledgers

Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements : Cash flow projections, statement of financial position, income statement, management accounts etc.

Preparation of the budget and ensuring that the budget is not exceeded.

Management and safeguarding of the organizations fixed asset

Management of the stock register and monitoring stock inwards and outwards

Maintaining the cheque inward and o utward register

Monthly bank reconciliation

Conduct spot check as the need arises

Maintaining the payment vouchers and receipts

Ensuring compliance with the companys operational procedure with respect to approval authorization limit

Preparation of monthly organizations payroll system

Monitor and Ensure timely remittance of ALL statutory deductions e.g. V.A.T, W.H.T, P.A.Y.E, PENSION and report thereon.

Assess compliance with governmental and jurisdictional regulatory requirements, financial accounting standards, and company policies to ensure company assets are safeguarded

Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of information systems and business controls

Identify and document business processes and controls in order to evaluate risks and compensating controls

Provide anti-fraud support to RegCharles Finance and Capital.

Any other task as may be assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: B.Sc

Required Experience: 2 - 3 years

The qualified candidate must be productive, hardworking, efficient and diligent to fill this role.
