The Job
Joining as a Manager you will be responsible for delivering of audit services to clients using PwC tools and practice methodology.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing audit services to a portfolio of audit clients
- Managing the staffing of the job, the financial performance and ensuring that key deadlines are achieved.
- Leading of internal and external teams, and client meetings.
- Having interviews with key client contacts throughout the service delivery process.
- Managing the coaching, personal and professional training and development of your team.
- Developing industry and technical expertise in assurance and business advisory areas through written reports and management presentations.
- Managing multiple relationships ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service deliverables.
- Setting and monitoring budgets for the assignments.
Job Requirements
- Good university degree
- ACA qualified or equivalent
- 5 - 8 experience in carrying out audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Experience of management of assurance engagements from planning to completion and review of the process, across a diverse range of assignments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good client relationship skills, with a proven track record of dealing with senior client staff; up to and including board level.
- Experience in coaching and developing other members of staff
- Flexibility in your approach to meeting goals as team manager
- A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions
