►Responsible for HR activities in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment, induction, placement, performance management,
training and development, career development, succession planning, diversity and exit management.
►Assists to design and implement initiatives to attract, develop and retain required skills, as well as maintain a healthy pool and flow of talents.
Requirements A relevant degree with 6 to 10 years experience in related HR role is required
