One Mr Jacob Ajumale - A Nigerian, has alleged that American authorities inserted a tracking device into his anus before deported to ensure he doesn’t sneak back into America. Mr Ajumale made this allegation through his lawyer,
Mr Femi Falana in a suit filed at the Federal High Court in Lagos. He is also demanding $100m from United Airlines for aiding his deportation and another N100m from the Immigration authorities through the Ministry of Internal Affairs, for ignoring his complaints on arrival and aiding his eventual forceful delivery to Nigeria.
Mr Ajumale who travelled to US as a visitor stayed back and eventually perfected his papers. He was however accused of using fake documents in the process of doing that and was said to have used a falsified passport sometime in 2001.
