Job Description
Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
Plans concept by studying information and materials.
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and website.
Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures.
Develop the layout and production design of magazines, newspapers, journals, corporate reports, and other publications.
Select colors, images, textures and shapes to create the layout.
Select the size and arrangement of the different elements.
Use computer software to create electronic versions of designs.
Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing project.
Develop material for web pages.
Design logos for products and businesses.
Develop signs and environmental graphics.
Qualifications/Requirements
An exceptional and practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw etc.
A minimum of OND.
At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
Exceptional skills with creative graphics and photo manipulation.
Not more than 29 years old.
Ability to think creatively (inside-the-box and outside-the-box).
Good knowledge of branding.
Good communication skill.
Attach at least 5 of past works showing creative/3D Graphics and Photo Manipulation).
