Job Title: Accounts Assistant (m/f)
Your responsibilities
Working closely with both internal and external customers in managing the administrative requirements associated with shipping and returning rental equipment
Generating and maintaining reports regarding order history, open orders, back orders, etc.
Timely customer billing by producing appropriate control prints and final invoicing packages
Responding to customer issues in a timely and effective manner
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including entry of contract details, material lists and associated documents within the order management system

Your profile
Post-secondary education (an asset)
2 years of related experience in customer service, accounting, data/order entry, and/or office administration
Strong communication and interpersonal relationship abilities

Demonstrated computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organization and time management skills
