THE newly appointed Inspector‑ General of Police, IGP, Suleiman Abba, yesterday, vowed that he would devote considerable energy to ensure that he changed the attitude of the rank and file of the Police.

►The suspect, who was arraigned on a count charge of murder, was called to the dock at 9:58 am in suit number MOO/276c/2014.
