A 21-year-old lady has indicated her interest to withdraw a case of rape which is currently before a Lagos Magistrate’s Court, Tinubu, Lagos Island.
In a letter written to the court and signed by her, the lady (name withheld) stated that she wanted the matter withdrawn and settled out of court in view of the fact that the accused person had apologised for his actions.

THE wife of Pastor John Kayode, resident Pastor of Christ Apostolic Church, CAC, Otumara Brach, Warri, Delta State, and four of their children, were yesterday burnt to death when a midnight fire gutted parts of the church at Emiko Close, Angle Part.
It was gathered that John Kayode was away attending a CAC Pastors’ Conference in Osun State, when the fire consumed his wife, Kayoda and children: two boys and two girl aged between eight and 18.
