Chelsea have completed the £21million signing of Pedro from Barcelona on a four-year deal. 

 

The Blues swooped with the Spanish winger on the brink of moving to Premier League rivals Manchester United.

Pedro, 28, expressed his delight upon arriving at Stamford Bridge after a year out of favour with the Catalan giants.

Oyo Ends Payment Of WAEC Fee, Introduces Levy

The Oyo state government has disclosed that it will no longer pay for the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) registration of students in the state.

This announcement was made by the state head of service, Mr Soji Eniade, in Ibadan, the state capital on Wednesday, August 20,2015.

Eniade also said that from the 2015/2016 Academic Session, students would pay annual education development levy of N3,000.
