►The Lagos State Government on Friday said two persons out of those who had contacts with Mr Patrick Sawyer, the dead Liberian Ebola victim had manifested symptoms of fever.
►The Commissioner for Health, Dr Jide Idris, made the disclosure when he addressed newsmen on the update of the country`s first Ebola case in Ikeja.

TV fund: Goodluck Jonathan raises N58bn for victims, promises judicious use

NIGERIANS have shown their unanimous disapproval of insurgency by donating N58.79 billion in support of victims of the Boko Haram insurgency in northern parts of the country.

They made the hefty donation at a presidential fund-raising dinner held Thursday night at the Banquet Hall, State House, Abuja.
The donation was N8.79 billion more than the N50 billion targeted by the Federal Government.

Jonathan lacks political will to fight terror – Atiku
