Benin People Will Not Vote For Jonathan – Benin Forum

The Benin Forum has declared that the Binis will not vote for President Goodluck Jonathan despite the recent postponement of the general elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC).

The chairman of the forum, Chief David Edebiri, according to Vanguard, said this yesterday, February 10, in Edo State while accusing  the Jonathan Administration of sidelining the Benin people.

Some of Boko Haram insurgents are reportedly living inside the cave of a huge rock In Adamawa state, popularly known as “Bekin Dose” situated between Michika and Madagali close to Sambisa forest.

Boko Haram Storm Gamboru, Get Repelled

Boko Haram insurgents were said to have attacked Chadian troops located in Nigeria’s border town Gamboru, Borno State.

The incident occurred in the early morning of February 11, Vanguard reports with reference to a military source.

Gamboru is part of the area where the joint forces of Nigeria’s neighbours are involved in the fight against Boko Haram militants.

More Troops Comb Sambisa Forest As Militants Flee Gwoza

Reports has it that a group of the Nigerian military has raged the Sambisa Forest in Borno State yet again to displace members of the Islamic group, Boko Haram.

It is believed that the Boko Haram militants are using the forest as a hideout and also as a stronghold from where they unleash their terror activities.

Earlier last week, it was reported that some Nigerian troops finally bombed Boko Haram’s notorious hideout in Sambisa Forest.
