The Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise enquiries, service consultants and all Team Members in order to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

Ensure turnaround time, compliance with procedures, accurate documentations are adhered to.

In case of complaints or difficult situations that are not clear-cut, incumbent recommends appropriate action to management.

Monitor and ensure all customer complaints are resolved within stipulated TATs according to customer care procedures / processes at first level and taking responsibilities for issues that requires second level resolution on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.

Manage all complains and report from Team Members and report directly to Head Customer Care.

Escalate customer complaints to right department and escalation of issues beyond control with adequate follow ups.

Facilitate resolution of customer queries/complaints and comments received at the business unit/undertaking and implement measures aimed at guaranteeing optimal customer satisfaction.

Before we left INEC

“Before we left INEC national headquarters on Friday, information has link to Rochas Okoroch that the commission has withdrawn 25 certificates-of-return from the first owners to their new owners following court orders to do that,” he said.

Okoye lauded the media for its openness and “robust engagement” with the commission before, during and after the election, adding that the media had become critical stakeholders for the success of future elections.

He said the media had become the first line of reach of the masses as well as a platform for the explanation of INEC political and electoral decisions.

Okoye called on the media and its practitioners to dig deep into the electoral act to ensure that the import of the recently amended sections is made known to the public.

“The media should also center on the aspect of using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to resolve electoral issues especially at the party levels instead of going to the court,” Okoye said.

INEC had declared Fayemi

The Independent National Electoral Commission had declared Fayemi and the All Progressives Congress polled a total of 197,459 votes to defeated Olusola-Eleka and the PDP who placed second with 178,121 votes in the July 14, 2018 election.

Not satisfied with the outcome of the election Eleka had  taken his case to both Ekiti state election petition tribunal and Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal and both court dismissed the petition challenging the outcome of the July 2018 poll.

We are back to do-or-die politics – Ijaw youths

Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, has asked the National Assembly to override President Muhammadu Buhari and enact the amended Electoral Act into law ahead of the 2019 election.

It said the refusal to grant assent for the fourth time was unpatriotic and has returned the nation to the era of do-or-die politics.

IYC, led by Mr. Eric Omare, in a statement yesterday in Warrior, said: “We call on the National Assembly to, in line with the relevant provisions of the 1999 Constitution and without delay, override the President’s refusal to assent to the Electoral Act and enact same into law.
