Drilling Fluids Company, looking to recruit suitable qualified candidate for the applicant for the post of Procurement Officer.

Vacancy - Procurement Officer.

Job Details:

The procurement officer is responsible for the purchase of goods and services for the company.

He/she will help approve the best products or services while ensuring that corporate.

Governmental and ethical policies are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement.

Coordinate the preparation of the procurement documents.

Developing and maintaining a preferred database.

Developing and maintaining a reporting system for contractors.

Facilitating expenditure reviews to identify opportunities {add valve through improved procurement.

Establishing and maintaining a contact register.

Required Knowledge Skills/Education:

Bachelor's degree in Economics. Business Administration, Marketing. Mathematics. Statistics or any field of Engineering.

Ability to pay attention to details.

High level of individual initiative, planning and good judgement.

Strong decision making skills

Concentration, accuracy and ability to pay attention to details required.

Excellent organization skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum of two (2) years posts graduation experience.
