To my point of view, An employee can become asset to its organization If he have following qualities: quickly adaptable in any environment, honesty towards himself and his organization, understanding problems of organization, able to apply knowledge and skills in problematic situations, helps organization in difficult situation and dedicated towards his works.
I believe when all qualities like confidence, qualification, punctuality, determination and most important hard work are applied logically all the time one can always prove an asset to the organization.
My confidence can be an asset to the company and how hard-working person his, Therefore I can speak that hard work, dedication and commitment is my strength.
