VACANCY - MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICERS.

Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (3)Locations ENUGU, EBONYI and IMO will liaise with the Central monitoring and Evaluation Advisor to support monitoring and evolution activities on the LOCATE project and ensure appropriate and timely reporting that meets USG and LOCATE needs.

Minimum Qualification:
B.SC in statistics or related field with at least 3 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation of public health programs.
An MPH and experience in ART, PMTCT and RH program will be an advantage.

VACANCY - HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER.

Responsibilities:
Human Resource Manager Location AKWA IBOM will support the overall Human resources services on the project including requirement and staffing, Organization development planning, performance management and employee compliance to policies.

Minimum Qualification:
M.SC in social or related field with at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in human resource management. Knowledge of US.
Government regulations especially the HHS Grant policy Statement is required.
