Minimum Requirements:
Masters From An American University In The Relevant Subject
2 Years Of Teaching Experience
The Ability To Contribute To The Integrated Curriculum In Education
An understanding of U.S. / Western higher education and the needs and requirements of international students
Direct experience in secondary and higher education in an international context
Awareness and demonstrable intercultural understanding
A commitment to teamwork, to work flexibly and to find solutions to problems
Experience of assessment and academic standards and quality assurance procedures

Desirable:
PhD from an American university in a related field
5 years of teaching experience
Specific experience of education in Africa
Experience in curriculum development in Africa
The experience of living and working in Africa
