Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or its equivalent in a related field.

Minimum of five (2) years relevant working experience.

Good knowledge of DCP’s product and service offerings.

Good attention to details.

Good data gathering and analysis skills.

Vacancy - Head, Customer Relations Management.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a social science or related discipline.

Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience with at least one (1) year in a middle management position.

Deep leadership and people management skills.
