The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable candidates for the position of Secretary II at its Headquarters in Ibadan.
Duties
Successful candidate will among other things:
Sending of cheques to partners who are paid by cheque.
Handling correspondence mail, photocopying and binding and other paperwork.

Duties
Successful candidate will among other things:
Sending of cheques to partners who are paid by cheque.
Handling correspondence mail, photocopying and binding and other paperwork.
Scanning and forwarding new donor and partner agreements, MoUs, amendments and similar documents.
Provide administrative assistance in crosschecking of new donor and partner agreements, MoUs, amendments and similar documents.
Provide administrative assistance in crosschecking of new donor and partner agreements, MoUs, amendments and similar documents.
Maintain and overseeing of project filing system, both paper and electronic versions from proposal to closing state.
Qualification and Experience:
B.Sc/HND or Secretarial Administration or in a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years secretarial or relevant experience in a reputable organization.
The ideal candidate will be neat, committed, well organized and be a good team player.
He/She must be highly proficient in the use of computer and possess good typing skills and knowledge of filing systems.
