Location: Ibadan.
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) seeks suitable Nigerian Nationals for the position of Fieldworker at the Institute’s Headquarters, Ibadan.

Position/Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will among other things perform the following duties:
-Assist in the maintenance plans of the cassava field bank;
-Assist in the collection of agronomic data collection team in the cassava field;
-Carry out herbicide and insecticides application in the field.
-Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Senior School certificate (SSCE) with at least 1 year experience in general field maintenance.
The ideal candidate must
-Be honest and hardworking;.
-Be a good team player and be able to follow instructions;
-Be energetic and able to work under pressure.
