Education Qualification:
A good University / Polytechnic degree with a minimum of 2.2 or lower credit & a possession of NCE Certificate.

1-3 years or more of office/administrative experience required.
Strong computer skills.
Proficient in database, spread sheet (Excel), word-processing and email programs. Records management experience to be considered a plus.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSES:
The principal purposes of these positions are to effectively implement, manage and maintain the document control system. The scope pertains to the appropriate control and administration to quality, documentation, information, policies and procedures with relations to the entire operations of our client’s activities.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Administer and control required documentation within the selected document management system, according to standard operating procedures.
Ensure all documentation records are correctly filed and stored as per archive procedures.
Ensure all documentation referencing is consistent with internal and external procedural requirements.
Effectively communicate at all times with Quality, Technical and other personnel (as required) for any/all amendments or updates, including distribution of documents to appropriate stakeholders.
Ensure compliant document approval system to maintain document integrity at all times.
Conduct quality assurance audits on all document files and the library on a regular basis.
Ensure due diligence and attention to details in verification of documents
Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Abilities and Skills for the Job Functions
Must readily adapt to changing priorities and take direction from more than one staff member.
Must be able to read and be familiar with common IT terminologies.
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
Must be sensitive to time lines & deadlines and ensure work is accomplished within stipulated time frames.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and to perform work efficiently.
Must possess good interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with people.
