THE JOB - CAPITAL FINANCE ASSISTANT

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of the cash box.

Assist Admin Co: monthly/weekly Cash forecast.

Assist Admin Co: on the monthly financial closure.

Archiving financial documentations from donors.

Provision of cash advance purchases to Logistic department.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Diploma/Bachelor of Sciences in Accountancy/Finance

Minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions. NGO experience preferred

Exceptional organisation.

Time management

Attention to detail

Maintain Confidentiality

Strong computer skill

Fluent in English
