Overall Purpose of the Job
The Subsea Operations Coordinator is responsible for the effective management of all Subsea operations being conducted for the client from Nigeria. The Subsea Operations Coordinator has to ensure operations are conducted safely, as per standard operating procedures, QHSE Procedures and in line with fiscal guidelines. In conjunction with individual Operations Supervisors, monitor and report on levels of client satisfaction and implement rectification strategies and plans where necessary.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Broad knowledge of Expro Subsea products and services.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar role.
Understanding of Nigerian markets and all of offshore operations.
High degree of interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Financial competence.
Quality and safety systems competence.
