Job Summary

Assist in delivering the HR strategy and key business change agenda, performance management, payroll administration, recruitment & selection, on- boarding to exit of staff, training & development etc. across reporting Bureau

Contribute to the development & implementation of people development policies & procedure

Coordination and evaluation of training

Manage any employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance & consultations

Requirement

A Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or related discipline

At least 3 years of Human Resource Management experience

Professional certification in Personnel Management is an added advantage

Good understanding of Employment Law Legislation & changes

Ability to demonstrate good working knowledge of HR best practice in the industry

Time Management skills & ability to prioritize

Excellent Communication Skills both verbal & written

Proactive planner and problem solving skills.

Ability to negotiate effectively.

Conflict management skills

Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (word & excel) packages
