and maintenance, requires top level, result oriented and qualified candidate with proven track record for the following vacant position:

Vacancy - Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

B.Sc or HND in Quatity Surveying from a recognised University or Polytechnic
Possession of professional qualification an added advantage
A self stater with ablity to work with minimum supervision
Not less than 7 years experience in costs estimating and general quantity surveying practice
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills

Not more than 45 years of age
