TICKETING AND RESERVATION OFFICER

As part of our commitment to expand and provide a world class carrier to Nigeria we are seeking experienced and courteous individuals to join our team.

Key Accountabilities:

 - Booking of Airline Tickets through Airline Reservation System.

 - Handling Passenger Queries and responding / escalating to the next level if not solved.

 - Computation and Preparation of Total Sales Report.

 - Provide excellent customer service, anticipate and respond to passenger’s needs promptly and in a professional manner.

To join us as a Ticketing and Reservation Officer you will need to:

 - Possess a minimum of HND or BSc. qualification

 - Have completed an IATA Course on Fares and Ticketing.

 - Hands on experience on Airline reservation systems like AMADEUS, GALILEO etc.

 - Have worked for a reputable airline for at least two years as a Ticketing & Reservation Officer.

 - Be well versed with computer applications.

 - Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

 - Be willing to work in shifts.
