Job Title: Shop Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Description:
Handle sales matters
Keep the store in line with Health and Safety regulations
Manage the shops security policies
Propose and implement promotions and specials
Develop marketing strategies
Maintain the budgets and expenditure
Attend sales meetings
Keep abreast of stocks and merchandise levels
Reach sales targets and increase profits
Deal with customer service issues such as queries and complaints
Skills:
Ability to effectively lead teams
Ability to manage stressful situations
Flexibility
Being able to maximise customer satisfaction
Being able to communicate effectively
Being able to work with numeric data and statistics
Being focused and motivated

Job Requirement:
Minimum of B.Sc in Retail management or any related course
Minimum of 6 years experience
Preferably a female that resides within Lekki-Ajah Axis
