Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
 
Job Purpose

► Take full responsibility of all stock in the Eastern Distribution Centers (Benin, Aba, Enugu and Asaba)

► Ensure full control of all stock movement and full stock contol the DCs

► Organise staff in all DCs under his control

► Ensure that all technical equipment is monitor and arrange for full maintenance with the technical team.

► Monitor the stock daily in all DC

► Implement all company policy to the later.

► Good stock handling, must ensure this in all locations under supervision

► Improvement in operation performance in all DCs under supervision.

► Ensure that the various DCs under supervision are well secure from outside intrusion

► Ensure that staff are well informed and follow HEALTH and SAFETY standard as specified by the company.

► Must ensure that PPE is used while an operation is ongoing.

► Focus on customer satisfaction through timely loading of all.

► Develop process for timely offloading and loading of FAN MILK products.

► Ensure full cost saving in all DCs supervised.

Critical Qualifications / Skills / Experience

(IPE Factor: Knowledge)

The Ideal candidate;

► Must have basic knowledge of stock management and inventory management.

► Must have good communication skills.

► Must possess high standard integrity, Honesty, Faithfulness, Transparency and Respectful.

► Must have high interest in the Job and express zeal, commitment and Ownership.

► Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of using Micro soft Office packages.

► Must have a visionary character and be innovative to effect changes in the DCs under supervision.

► Ability to manage situation without the presence of the Country Warehouse Manager.

► Must be a good team player.

► Must be a Bsc / HND holder, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Managerial or Supervisor level.

► Must be ready to travel with the shortest notice at any time.
