Disclosing this to Chat212 yesterday, President of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, REDAN, Mr. Emmanuel Afolayan, said his office already had 3,550 applications for the houses.
“As I speak, we have applications for 3550 houses in the office,” he said.
The applications, he said, will be submitted to the appropriate quarters. It is a process we are working because our members are coming to meet up with the check list which we will appraise before we submit the applications.
“This is to ensure the applications are well package to Shelter Afrique for bankable projects. Shelter Africa is a institution that finances housing projects across the globe”
