specializes in the provision and management of contract staff in all categories as well as the selection and placement of temporary staff for corporate organizations (including The Banks, Oil and Gas, services Telecoms, Manufacturing, Construction & Allied Industry, Hospitals Healthcare Companies and Multilateral Organizations).

We are looking for qualified individuals to fill the position of:

Job Title: Facade Technician (Tower)

Job Description

►Charged with preparation works such as construction documentation and executing tasks to ensure the steady and feasible construction of facade works in compliance with facade engineers specifications.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

►Responsible for supervision of the facade works till completion.

►Ensure that facade activities meet the technical specifications and good practice standards.

►Monitor the good implantation of the works.

►Coordinating works between facade works and other trades.

►Follow up of the facade performing tests, commissioning, hand-over snagging and de snagging control.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

►Complies with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project.

►Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.

Qualifications/Requirements and Experience

►Bachelor or Master degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.

►Minimum of 5 years' experience in large buildings -high rise building construction business or in similar position.

Other Requirements

►MINIMUM 28 years old

►MAXIMUM 50 years old

►Fluent in English Language (Speaking and writing).

Working Conditions

►Hard worker and can work well under pressure.

►Driving Skills

►Physically strong and healthy.

►Does not suffer from vertigo.
