Xpertstroke Nigeria Limited is recruiting for qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Lagos

Purpose:

►To Oversee production overall performance to optimal target

►To coordinate the working resources effectively to achieve the performance goal

►To organize the various areas in the section to efficient operation.

►To ensure focus on performance quality/quantity/cost and profitability.

Principal Accountabilities:

►Ensure planned production achievement.

►Ensure performance conforms to both quality and organization standard.

►Enforcement of IS022000 standard is maintained.

►Ensure total cGMP practice monitoring and compliance

►Cost control through staff attendance monitoring and time management.

►Enforce discipline among the shift team.

►Able to take full responsibility of the process performance

►Regular shift performance update to all the stakeholders

Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

►Candidates should possess BSc/HND Production / Printing Technology, Chemistry/Biochemistry or any related discipline.

►1-2 years of experience in print production environment..

►Possess Computer competence in Microsoft application
