The Job
► Prepare & maintain customer service summary reports
► Preparation of installation quotation
► Attend to all products and services inquiries by both potential and existing clients
► Document and maintain up-to-date records such as customer account information, customer's feedback and other customers service records.
► Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and provides best solution.
► Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and ensure prompt feedback.
Minimum Qualification
► First degree in any related discipline.

Job Title: Admin & Facility Executive
Location: Abuja
The Job
► "Draft and secure approval for the annual Administration and Facilities Management Budget based on organisation and individual business unit requirements
► Handle liaison with Vendors for administrative supplies as well as equipment/facilities and building maintenance
► Develop, administer, monitor and maintain service level agreements for administrative and facilities management vendors and service providers
► Supervise the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
► Liaise with the Finance Department on the status (and movement) of office equipments and facilities, providing necessary information for the update of the Fixed Assets Register
► Liaise and manage vendors and suppliers/contractors
► Direct and plan essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, waste disposal and recycling
► Requisition of office supplies and manage inventory of admin and office essentials
Minimum Qualification
► First degree in any related discipline

► 3-4 years admin and facilities mgt experience
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Abuja
The Job
► Reconciliation of sales revenue and bank accounts. Posting of credit notes & monthly journal
► Listing and posting of fixed assets and asset register management
► Handling of insurance on goods in transit and shipping documentation
► Credit and collections management; reconciliation of credit transactions.
► Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns.
► Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records and cash flow statement and ensure conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
► Summarize the division's financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit & loss statement and providing reports.
► Develop, maintain and analyze budget for the division, and analyze the division trends, cost revenue and expenses
Minimum Qualification
► B.Sc Accounting/Finance

► 3-4years relevant work experience

► Set up travel, accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
► Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction

► Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of admin's routines
► Maintain office supply inventories
► General dispatch and receiving of mails and parcels
