The Requirements
► Maintain the filing systems, take minutes of meetings.
► Prepare and manage correspondence, receive mails and ensure proper communication to and from all concerned.
► Execute support services including maintenance of calendar, appointments, answering telephones and assisting visitors,
► Excellent writing and communication skills.
► Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
► Fluent in English Languages (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
► Proficient in MS office applications
► Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience as Executive Secretary or similar position.
► Bachelors degree or Higher National Diploma required
