Our Company, Young Engineers a unique Edutainment Programmes and activities are aimed at inspiring young minds and nurturing a spirit of innovation and enterprise in them through creative play.These sessions help to teach children between the ages of 4-13  by introducing them to basic concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering and Robotics using special LEGO®  and K’NEX® Kits.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

Develop and ensure success by establishing goals, objectives, action steps and outcome measures.

Initiate and maintain outcome measurement system and reports.

Establish and follow-up on key priorities that contribute significantly to the business.

Manage existing and foster new customer relationships.

Maintain customer satisfaction through superior customer service and support.

Provide leadership and a high standard of excellence with team on assigned projects.

Interact with your team to continuously improve results and consistently inspire your team to deliver client-focused services every day.

Address special projects as needed. These projects may be assigned or individually developed out of the need for process improvement and increased operational efficiency

Qualifications and Experience

Our Operations Manager shall be a hands-on individual, comfortable with all relevant internal and external operations.

This team leader must have passion, integrity and the drive to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional results.

With at least 3-5 years of professional, progressive management and business development experience in a private schools or children enrichment company.

A good BA/BS degree in Business Administration or Sciences. MBA or a professional certification shall be an added advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence all levels within the organization.

Demonstrate ability to lead, coach and challenge a diverse team to achieve/exceed performance expectations.
