We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Sterling Homes Limited is a real estate development and management firm
incorporated and registered as a limited liability company in Nigeria.
Our vision is to be one of the best top ten home providers for
individuals and corporate bodies in the next five years. We buy
lands,finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects,
create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from
the beginning to the end.

Responsibilities:
► Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
► Receive and direct visitors and clients
► General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
► Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
► Retrieve documents from filing system
► Handle requests for information and data
► Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
► Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
► Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
► Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
► Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
► Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
► Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
► Maintain office supply inventories
► Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Requirements:
► Minimum of Bsc. from a recognized university
► 1-3 years experience
► Must be between 18-23 years of age
► A Christian
► And must be Female
