Job Title: Call Center Supervisor

Qualifications / Requirements
These are the qualifications we are looking for:
► University graduate.
► Must be very good with Power Point Presentation
► Must have excellent knowledge of call center deliverable
► Must have presentation skills, interpersonal skills, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills.
► Must have been a call center supervisor for more than 3-4 years
► Being a call center manager already would be an added advantage
► Strong use of Microsoft Excel
Salary
Between N100,000 to N200,000 monthly.
