Just as the Buhari arrived at the venue, what would be witnessed next may never have been envisaged.
Muhammadu Buhari, quietly came to say his Jumat prayers on Friday, but his ever-growing popularity did him a great damage.
It was gathered that as Buhari arrived Mambila mosque, in Abuja, a mammoth crowd were in hand to receive the president-elect.
Surprisingly! The crowd also had in its midst children cheering the President-elect in animated excitement with chants of ‘Sai Baba’.
But just after acknowledging the presence of the crowd by giving his magnificent wave, Buhari got inside the prayer room to do the much needed, but not before a few handshakes.

Meanwhile, it was reported that outgoing president, Goodluck Jonathan and incoming president, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari met behind the closed doors of the Presidential Villa in Abuja to discuss the details of the handover with the latter expected to be inaugurated May 29.
