Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh has indicated his interest in some players with whom he expects to prosecute September’s Afcon qualifier against Tanzania.
The coach has stated that whether they win or lose against Congo on Sunday, several Nigeria U23 stars are already part of his plans for the new-look Super Eagles.

Italy-based Stanley Amuzie, FC Taraba skipper Usman Mohammed, Oghenekaro Etebo from Warri Wolves and Enyimba midfielder Kingsley Sokari, are the players that the former Eagles Midfielder will include in his new-look team.
“Even before Amuzie was mentioned to him, Oliseh already has the player on his list,” a top source revealed.
Vanguard also reports that Usman Mohammed, Etebo and Sokari will most certainly be called to a training camp for home-based stars later in August.
“The home-based Eagles camp in August will afford the players from the league to prove they are good enough for the main Super Eagles squad. Those who prove this will be on the flight to Tanzania,” a top team official further stated.
During his unveiling, the coach said that only top players would grace his team as he urged the players to live up to their billing.
